Our jerky is hand-made, smoked slowly, then packed and sealed for freshness straight from the smoker. We use no preservatives. Since we offer a variety of blends, the ingredients vary slightly depending on flavor chosen.

Typical ingredients are:

• Beef, Buffalo, or other protein
• Water
• Vinegar
• Soy Sauce
• Pineapple Juice (Teriyaki flavor)
• Salt
• Garlic
• Black Pepper
